About Rafter 3 Horse Development
Rafter 3 Horse Development was founded by Makala Nerio in 2022. With careful, correct, diligent training in mind and a spirit that wanted to bring a wind of change to the industry, Rafter 3 Horse Development was born!
Carrying her family legacy name, Rafter 3, we continue the traditional roots of the Texas horse trading, roping, ranching, and barrel racing history that was started long ago.
Makala is also a publisher, farrier, and the lead horse trainer at Rafter 3 Horse Development.
